The Panther arrived at PT Classics with part restored paint and bodywork but with no vinyl roof or trunk, no fenders, bonnet or interior.
Mechanical parts and running gear in poor condition.

The following work was carried out:
Removed front beam, removed rear axle and subframe
Sent all brake parts for specialist overhaul with upgraded stainless parts
Completely stripped rear axle, fully restored and powder coated all parts
Completely stripped front steering and suspension, restored all parts, powder coated all parts
Removed all ancillaries from engine after carrying out compression test and cylinder leak down test
Replaced ignition system
Fully rebuilt fuel injection system 
Changed alternator and belt system
Stripped out air conditioning system, rebuilt with upgraded parts to be more efficient
Repaired damage to front of chassis bumper mounting
Powder coated, painted and detailed complete engine and engine bay
Installed Everflex padded vinyl roof and fully restored rear trunk box
Built up all doors and lock window mechanism with upgraded parts
Installed new wool cloth head lining
Installed complete interior
Manufactured new front and rear window screens
Finish built to customers high specification
